Men Nguyen failed to win the LA Poker Open. A 37-year-old Mortgage broker from Orange County, California took down Commerce Casino's LA Poker Open finale.

Kwinsee Khoa Tran, who says he spends about 80% of his time playing poker these days, collected $178,830 for the win, bringing his career total up and over the $650,000 mark.

Names like Matt Affleck, Kevin Saul, Sorel Mizzi, Phil Laak, Men Nguyen and Sam Stein all entered the event, but a Los Angeles local came out on top at Commerce Casino.
